The courses begin every year on the first Monday of October and the duration of the studies is 12 months divided into 3 periods (Winter, Spring and Summer). During this time each student has to successfully complete 10 courses, attend a series of seminars and visits to business and organisations and complete the Postgraduate Dissertation.

Each of the first two periods is devoted to courses and lasts 12 weeks followed by 2 weeks of examinations. During each period students are taught 3 compulsory and 2 optional courses which are selected from the list of optional courses of each period.

At the end of these two periods (end of May), begins the period for the completion of the Postgraduate Dissertation which is required for the completion of the studies. This period expires on the last day of September of the same year.
