As part of the MBA program’s seminar and visit series, students had the opportunity to visit Kokotos Estate in Stamata, a model Greek winery renowned for its excellence in viticulture and winemaking.

During the visit, they toured the vineyards as well as the production and bottling facilities. They also received a detailed overview of cultivation techniques and the winemaking process from Ms. Anna Kokotou and Ms. Christina Gaitana, the estate’s oenologist.

The visit concluded with a tasting of selected wine labels, offering a well-rounded experience that combined theoretical knowledge with practical application. This unique opportunity deepened students’ understanding of entrepreneurship in the primary sector and the dynamics of the wine industry.
