She specializes in HR strategy, workforce planning, workforce AI transformation, design of corporate culture that reflects the values and contemporary ways of working, as well as management of change during transformations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal ai-optimize-7\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">She is responsible for enhancing \u00abemployee experience\u00bb through the development of modern employee performance and reward management systems, as well as through the design of integrated HR management framework (Powered Enterprise HR) supported by digital HR Solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"x_MsoNormal ai-optimize-8\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">She holds a\u00a0<\/span>\u039c\u0392\u0391\u00a0<span lang=\"EN-US\">from the Graduate School of Business (distinction), Strathclyde University, a\u00a0<\/span>\u039c<span lang=\"EN-US\">Sc from the University of Reading, UK and a BA in Agribusiness Economics from the Agricultural University of Athens.
